ACF Accreditation Team Visits

The Pikes Peak Community College Culinary Arts Department and the ACF Apprenticeship Program sponsored a spectacular reception on June 8 to welcome the visiting ACF Accreditation Team. The purpose of the team's visit was accreditation renewal for the Culinary Arts Department and the Apprenticeship Program. Faculty, students, and graduates prepared a gorgeous buffet for the reception.

Pikes Peak Community College Team Wins 2011 Western Regional Knowledge Bowl
The team competed against the three other regional winners at Nationals. Congrats to all!

Chefs Move to School Event
Chefs visited Springs Ranch third-graders and discussed topics such as proper handwashing and knife safety. The children sampled carambola, blackberries, and mangos with a low-fat yogurt dip.
