The educational part of the meeting will begin promptly at 3 p.m. There will be four stations:
- The Blodgett corporate chef will demonstrate a Blodgett HydroVection oven.
- The Vitamix rep will demonstrate making smoothies and food prep.
- The Edlund rep will sharpen knives with an Edlund knife sharpener. Members are encouraged to bring their knives to have them sharpened.
- The Cooktek rep and their corporate chef will demonstrate the latest in induction cooking and products.
The round robin will last 10 minutes per session, followed by the chapter meeting. Let's get the word out and have a great turnout.
